Lubrication and filtration systems are used on wind turbines with a gearbox in the main drivetrain. In order to ensure long and trouble-free operation of the gearbox, it is vital to ensure that the oil is clean and at the correct temperature. In many cases, the lubrication system also acts as the reservoir for the gearbox oil. We customize our solutions to ensure a smooth integration into the nacelle infrastructure – always with a focus on performance, reliability and ease of service.

Lubrication Pump Unit.

The lubrication pump unit has many functions. High reliability is a natural part of our design criteria, and we pay special attention to a service- friendly solution that is neatly integrated into the nacelle infrastructure. Our lubrication systems are designed to meet the specifications of our customers while ensuring optimum performance and perfect operating conditions for your gearbox. The lubrication pump also includes a cooling solution for the oil, with an easy interface and oil-conserving design.

Filter Elements.

The right combination of filters is vital in order to ensure a long life for the gearbox oil. Our filter elements can be made with different materials and features to optimize performance. If needed, we can add built-in by-pass valves in order to facilitate the installation and to make the overall design more compact. A First Look at Something Really Cool.
After getting agreement on our layout, we begin modeling the design in exact detail. After we’ve thoroughly examined the 3D-model, it’s sent to you – no more than one week after the agreement is finalized.
Production drawings
Getting Down to the Nitty Gritty.
After your agreement, the final design is broken up into detailed production drawings to enable manufacturing of each individual part. With a complete bill of materials, it’s time to start production.

All parts included in the complete BOM of the final product are manufactured. Either internally in our own production facilities – we have full control of the production chain with capacity for aluminum matrix and steel production – or by handpicked and approved suppliers that meet our high demands on quality and delivery times.
